Mike Hopkins
Mike is a seventh-generation Calloway County, Kentucky native with family roots that run deep in Western Kentucky. Mike founded DevSource LLC in 2001 and has been extremely proud to continue growing and expanding the company right here in Murray, KY. DEVsource LLC makes it a priority to continually give back to the community that has been so good to it. The company supports many nonprofits through volunteering time, talents and financial gifts. In addition, the company maintains close relationships with Murray State and area high schools by giving many students the opportunity to experience an IT company firsthand.
He lives with his wife, Effie, and their two boys, Noah and Gavin, in Murray, KY. He enjoys spending time with his family, renovating and managing rental properties with his wife, community involvement activities and has a passion for history and reading.
Trent Ballard
Trent is originally from Dallas, TX but moved to Murray in the early 90s with his family. He went to Murray High and then Murray State University. He joined DEVsource Technology Solutions in 2009 in sales but now is the Vice President.
Trent loves working with our clients and is passionate about helping them grow their businesses with technology that solves problems. He lives in Murray, KY with his wife, Whitney, and their children, Reagan and Jack. He enjoys woodworking, coaching soccer, their kids’ sporting events and just being around his family.
Teresa King
Teresa is from Murray Ky. She attended Calloway County Schools through middle school and a graduated Christian Fellowship School in Benton, Ky. She joined the DevSource Team in November of 2018 as Office Administrator. Teresa enjoys being a part of the day to day activities within DEVsource while assisting in any way possible. She loves the culture of the DEVsource team in providing excellence to all clients.
She lives in Murray with her husband Chris and son Ethan. She enjoys playing piano, singing and leading worship at her church on Sundays and spending time with her family and friends.

Clay Perkins
Clay was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but his parents forced him to move to New Concord, Kentucky, at the tender age of three. After graduating from Calloway County High School, he attended Murray State University. He served 15 years as the web and graphic designer at Sportable Scoreboards, then joined DEVsource in 2023 as the Marketing Director. He enjoys coming up with new ways to introduce DEVsource’s services to potential clients as well as helping existing clients with web design & outsourced marketing. He’s proud to work alongside such a talented team, though he suspects they just keep him around for his memes.
At home, Clay is outnumbered by three cats, a German Shepherd, and his teen daughter. On the rare occasions that he has free time, he enjoys reading, exploring Civil War history, or making “music”.
